Open House: From Play to Purpose (July 18, 2026)

What looks like simple play is often the beginning of deep learning.

Join us for a hands-on Montessori-inspired loose parts play experience where children are invited to explore, build, sort, create, and problem-solve using thoughtfully curated natural materials within a carefully prepared environment.

Rooted in Montessori principles, this session explores how open-ended exploration supports concentration, creativity, independence, coordination, and early mathematical thinking in the first six years of life.

Parents will also gain insight into:

  • How children learn through hands-on exploration
  • Why concentration and independence matter in the early years
  • The role of the prepared environment in supporting calm, capable children
  • How Montessori principles can be carried into everyday life at home

Attendees will be eligible for a complimentary Experience Day and a registration fee waiver (SG$288) upon successful enrollment.

Parent Workshop: The 'Terrible Twos' Aren't Inevitable. They're Preventable. Here's How. (Jun 20, 2026)

Speaker: Jemina (Jea) Villanueva-Vallée, Senior Vice President of Programs and Training of Guidepost Global Education

*This will be a parent-only session to allow families to more comfortably engage in the conversations and overall experience.

Our Heads of School will also be around to welcome families, share more about our Nest campuses, and continue conversations with families exploring enrolment with us.

Many toddler meltdowns and power struggles stem not from “bad behaviour,” but from a child’s growing need for independence, communication, and structure not being fully supported.

Rooted in Montessori philosophy and developmental research, this workshop explores how the first three years shape a child’s confidence, self-regulation, and cooperation.

Parents will gain practical strategies to:

  • Support independence from infancy
  • Reduce tantrums and power struggles proactively
  • Build routines, communication, and self-regulation
  • Better understand the developmental needs behind toddler behaviour

Families will also discover how Montessori Nido and Toddler programmes are intentionally designed to nurture calm, capable, and confident children during these critical early years.

Attendees will be eligible for a complimentary Experience Day and a registration fee waiver (SG$288) upon successful enrollment.

Parent Workshop: Montessori at Home Series | Part I: Seeing Learning in Everyday Moments (July 11, 2026)

Speaker: Ms. Debra Stacey Lim, Senior Montessori Mentor of Guidepost Global Education

*This will be a parent-only session to allow families to more comfortably engage in the conversations and overall experience.

Our Heads of School will also be around to welcome families, share more about our Nest campuses, and continue conversations with families exploring enrolment with us.

Workshop introduction:

Your child learns more from preparing dinner with you than from any worksheet. The challenge is seeing it and knowing what to do with what you see.

This first session of our two-part Montessori at Home Series helps you spot the learning that’s already happening in your daily routines: cooking together, doing the weekly shop, walking to the park. Everyday moments like these naturally support independence, concentration, language, order, and early mathematical thinking.

We’ll show you:

  • What your child is actually learning in these moments
  • What they’re noticing
  • What they’re practicing
  • What they’re building
  • The small shifts in how you participate that can turn an ordinary task into something they remember

You’ll leave with:

  • Understanding of how Montessori principles come alive through everyday experiences
  • A clearer eye for the learning already embedded in everyday life with your child
  • Practical ways to invite your child into ordinary tasks, and what to step back from
  • Confidence that supporting your child’s development doesn’t require extra materials, extra time, or specialized expertise

Part II of the series continues in November, where we’ll go deeper into the home environment itself. Stay tuned!

Attendees will be eligible for a complimentary Experience Day and a registration fee waiver (SG$288) upon successful enrollment.
